Health and Safety
We take pride in prioritising safety, raising standards and improving the working experience for all our employees and partners. This means embedding safety as a key part of our culture and living it every day.
We are committed to reinforcing and maintaining a proactive a positive safety culture at all times and to this end all employees receive regular training by fully qualified and certified trainers and as a result are fully compliant with RSA regulations. All our drivers have successfully passed their Safe Pass training, driver CPC and manual handling.
The extent of employees’ engagement throughout their workplace in making suggestions to improve safety is a major factor in our daily operation. All of our facilities have Health & Safety as part of our performance improvement plan. Every incident is recorded, a root cause analysis made, causation flagged and a risk elimination or reduction action plan instigated.
We include all our supply chain partners in our safety findings and calls to action.
